We offer a 30 day return policy window on items. Items should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with tag still intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Any item returned not meeting these conditions will automatically be shipped back to the customer with no refund granted.
Please fill out your return request online and request a return. Once we receive your RMA, a Ren2o, Inc. representative will contact you about the status of your request in 1 - 3 business days.
If your request is accepted:
- Include the original packing slip
- Don’t forget that it is your responsibility for the cost of shipping on return items.

We will credit your original method of payment. Once your return arrives at the return address, please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalized.
